Concept:
In a world where increasing numbers of consumers are turning to non-wired bras, but feeling a need for a little more support, designing a product that is wired but feels as light as a non-wire.
Trend:
Lingerie as cosmetic; aiming to create a foundation that is smooth and soft. A bra that fits seamlessly with the body & flexes in movement.
The Technology
New “Comfort Wire” Technology
A lighter gauge, thinner wire that is slightly raised at the central axis allows for the metal to flex more readily, wrap around the body and feel less stiff.
Air Lite Cup Technology
A PU Cup molded with a pocket of fiber-fill inside for increased breathability and lighter weight without sacrificing volume. Cup edge is compressed “infinity” edge for seamless transition to wearer’s skin, without a gap.
Silicon Printed side Support Technology
In second generation design, a raised wing with silicon printed technology was added to create a supportive yet flexible compression design. Peached NyPU fabric for extra soft touch.
