About Me

Born in Japan and having grown up in England, my passion for art and design initially led me to study Art History at The Courtauld Institute of Art in London. The itch to create was overwhelming and soon found myself interning for John Galliano in Paris and Alexander McQueen in London,

It was through my work at Paul Smith, London that my international upbringing and bilingual status brought me joy as I worked on delivering stories from one continent to another through the art of design.

Through drawing, fabric, garment and color design I continue to thrive in story telling.

I also ran the NYC Marathon, got married in a zoo, mother to a boy and like to Ski when I can.
